Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-groomed female F&B Hostess / Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hospitality, have excellent communication skills, and ensure a warm and welcoming dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests with a smile and professional manner
Escort guests to their tables and manage seating arrangements
Present menus and assist guests in selecting food and beverages
Take and serve orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service
Handle guest queries and resolve complaints politely
Maintain grooming and appearance standards at all times
Assist in billing and payment processes when required
Support team in daily setup and closing duties

Requirements:

Only female candidates
Good spoken English and Hindi
Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
Experience in hotels, resorts, or fine dining restaurants is a plus

Preferred Background:

Candidates with prior experience in hotels, luxury resorts, or high-end restaurants will be given preference.
