?️ Job Summary
Be the face of our F&B team at Jeevan Tara Resort—taking orders, serving food and drinks, and delivering warm, attentive service to every guest.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests, present menus, and highlight daily specials
Take precise food and drink orders and communicate promptly with kitchen/bar teams
Serve orders efficiently and maintain table cleanliness throughout
Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns
Assist with setting up, clearing, and restocking dining areas
Handle billing and payments (cash, card, resort billing) accurately
Support training and coordination of service staff
Adhere to all health, safety, and resort policies
Qualifications & Skills
1–2 years of waiter experience (hotel or resort preferred)
Fluent in English and Hindi; local dialects are a plus
Comfortable using POS systems
Strong interpersonal skills and a guest-focused attitude
Able to stand, walk, and carry trays for long periods
Able to work well under pressure in a high-volume setting
Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)
Education & Training
High school diploma or equivalent required
Hospitality or F&B training preferred
