Position: Telesales Executive

Industry: Digital Marketing Agency

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote digital marketing services.
Understand clients’ business needs and recommend tailored marketing solutions.
Generate leads, schedule meetings, and follow up on potential business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets set by the organization.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies.
Address client inquiries and provide information about services professionally and persuasively.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in Telesales or a similar role (digital marketing experience preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to understand digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, etc.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle objections effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
