Position: Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote digital marketing services.
  • Understand clients’ business needs and recommend tailored marketing solutions.
  • Generate leads, schedule meetings, and follow up on potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets set by the organization.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies.
  • Address client inquiries and provide information about services professionally and persuasively.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Telesales or a similar role (digital marketing experience preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to understand digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, etc.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
