**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engage customers, and increase conversions across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and a passion for staying ahead of digital trends and best practices.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Digital Strategy Development:**
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to meet business goals and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, creative, etc.) to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Analyze digital marketing trends and leverage new technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
2. **Content Marketing:**
- Plan and execute content strategies across blogs, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Write, edit, and optimize content to improve engagement, SEO rankings, and customer experience.
- Collaborate with the design and creative teams to produce engaging multimedia content (images, videos, infographics).
3. **Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM):**
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and rankings.
- Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic and improve ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to optimize campaigns.
4. **Social Media Marketing:**
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging social media posts, track engagement, and analyze performance.
- Develop paid social media campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
5. **Email Marketing:**
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, transactional emails) to drive conversions and customer loyalty.
- Segment email lists and optimize content for different customer personas.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary.
6. **Analytics & Reporting:**
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing software to track campaign performance.
- Provide regular reports and analysis of key metrics (traffic, conversion rates, ROI, etc.) to stakeholders.
- Adjust digital marketing strategies based on performance data and industry trends.
7. **Paid Media Campaigns:**
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor budget, bidding, and targeting strategies to maximize ROI.
8. **Collaboration & Communication:**
- Work closely with the marketing team, product managers, and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and digital presence.
- Provide digital marketing insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.
**Skills & Qualifications:**
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of [X] years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within [industry/sector].
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.) and social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).

- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, etc.).

- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, etc.

- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization.
