Job Description

Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI for clients. The role demands analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of paid digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Planning & Strategy:
  • Develop and implement PPC strategies to meet clients' business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting.
  1. Campaign Management:
  • Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  • Write compelling ad copies and create engaging visuals in collaboration with the design team.
  1. Budget Management:
  • Manage and monitor PPC campaign budgets effectively.
  • Allocate budgets across campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
  1. Performance Analysis:
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Dashboard, and other analytics tools.
  • Identify trends and insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
  1. A/B Testing:
  • Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting options to optimize conversion rates.
  1. Client Reporting:
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients.
  • Communicate campaign progress and suggest improvements for better outcomes.
  1. Staying Updated:
  • Stay informed about the latest PPC trends, tools, and industry updates.
  • Adapt strategies based on changing algorithms and platform policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  1. Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns in a digital marketing agency or similar role.
  1. Skills:
  • Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Bing Ads, etc.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
