Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing information about our products and services, and assisting in lead generation and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Provide detailed information about products and services, answering customer queries effectively.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve individual and team sales targets and objectives.
Follow up with leads and potential customers to close sales and address concerns.
Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively communicate the value proposition.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a telecalling or sales role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Positive attitude with a high level of motivation and enthusiasm.
