Job Description


We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing information about our products and services, and assisting in lead generation and customer retention.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services, answering customer queries effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and objectives.
  • Follow up with leads and potential customers to close sales and address concerns.
  • Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively communicate the value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a telecalling or sales role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude with a high level of motivation and enthusiasm.
