JOB ROLE: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER/ CONTENT CURATOR JOB LOCATION: JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Guy to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments. Keyskills Required: Content Creation (Edutainment, Infographics), Understanding of Community Growth Roles and Responsibilities: · Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy · Identify target audience and tailor content to effectively reach and engage them. · Create and curate engaging, shareable content across various social media platforms. · Develop a content calendar and schedule posts to maintain a consistent online presence. · Collaborate with design and content teams to produce visually appealing and compelling materials. · Foster and nurture a community of followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. · Monitor online conversations and trends, participating in relevant discussions. · Implement strategies to grow and strengthen the brand's social media presence. · Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives. · Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and budgets. · Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies · Use social media marketing tools such · Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams · Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network Requirements and Qualification: · 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role · Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions · Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Youtube, Google+ and other social media best practices · Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics · Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research · Good understanding of social media KPIs
