Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our clients’ social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and performance analytics, with experience working in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand voice
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and meet content calendars and deadlines
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and manage online communities
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and paid media teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools
  • Optimize content based on insights, trends, and platform algorithm updates
  • Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices
  • Support influencer marketing and brand collaborations when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, ideally in a digital marketing agency
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
  • Excellent copywriting and content storytelling skills
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout, Meta Business Suite)
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with paid social media advertising
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
  • Experience with influencer campaigns and community management
  • Familiarity with SEO and overall digital marketing strategies
