New Door Realtors LLP is hiring a creative and technically skilled Multimedia Designer to support the company’s digital marketing and branding activities. The role involves both graphic design and video production for real estate marketing across online and offline platforms.
The candidate will work closely with the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to create visual and video content that improves brand visibility, property presentation, and customer engagement. The position requires hands-on work including shooting, editing, and designing marketing material used in advertisements, social media, website content, and promotional campaigns.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities
The Multimedia Designer will be responsible for creating visual content used across all company platforms. Work will include designing social media creatives, advertisement banners, brochure layouts, and print materials. The candidate will also shoot and edit videos related to property sites, walkthroughs, reels, and informational videos where presenters or anchors explain projects.
The role requires visiting project locations for photography and video shooting, capturing site progress, amenities, and surroundings, and converting raw footage into engaging marketing videos suitable for YouTube, Instagram, and promotional campaigns.
The candidate will collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaign ideas, create promotional creatives, and prepare materials for digital ads and print usage. The work may include both short-form and long-form videos depending on marketing requirements.

The Multimedia Designer will work under the guidance of the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager and collaborate in executing marketing campaigns, brand communication, and property promotions.
