### Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Process Trainer to join our team in the Edu-tech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff, ensuring they meet organizational goals and industry standards.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on various processes, systems, and best practices.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, adjusting programs as necessary.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
- Prepare training materials, manuals, and documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance training programs.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees post-training.
### Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process training, preferably in the Edu-tech industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in training tools and technologies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles is a plus.
