? Job Summary

Golden Globe Group, a growing name in the real estate industry, is looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to handle HR operations and recruitment for our corporate office at VT Road, Mansarovar. The ideal candidate will support hiring, employee engagement, and smooth HR processes in a fast-paced real estate environment.

? Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles (Sales, CRM, Site Staff, Back Office)
Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and induction programs
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR MIS
Handle joining, exit formalities, and full & final settlements
Support payroll coordination and statutory compliance
Implement HR policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines
Address employee queries and support positive workplace culture
Assist in performance management and sales incentive structures
Coordinate training and development activities
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

? Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / MBA in HR (preferred)
1–3 years of HR experience (Real Estate experience is an advantage)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and compliance
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to work in a sales-driven, fast-moving environment
