Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for an experienced, smart, and responsible HR professional who can independently manage recruitment, employee operations, staff coordination, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
? Recruitment & Hiring
• Manage complete hiring process
• Screening resumes and scheduling interviews
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews
• Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities
? Employee Management
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Attendance and leave management
• Employee engagement and retention
• Performance tracking and reporting
? HR Operations
• Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and HR policies
• Maintain employee database and compliance records
• Salary coordination and payroll support
• Handle employee grievances and workplace issues
? Team Coordination
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Management teams
• Ensure smooth communication between departments
• Follow up on assigned tasks and deadlines
? Business Support
• Assist management in team expansion and manpower planning
• Create HR processes and improve workplace productivity
• Support company growth initiatives and team building activities
Required Skills
✅ Minimum 3+ Years Experience in HR
✅ Strong Communication Skills (English & Hindi)
✅ Recruitment & Interview Expertise
✅ HR Documentation Knowledge
✅ Leadership & Team Management Skills
✅ MS Excel, Google Sheets & Reporting Knowledge
✅ Positive, Professional & Problem-Solving Attitude
Preferred Candidate
⭐ Can work independently
⭐ Can build and manage teams
⭐ Can handle complete HR operations with minimum supervision
⭐ Experience in startups, travel, education, sales, or service industries preferred
