Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Employee. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the production of hardware components, ensuring quality standards are met, and contributing to the efficient operation of the manufacturing process. Responsibilities: Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with established safety procedures and protocols. Assist with the assembly and production of hardware components, following detailed instructions and specifications. Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications. Identify and report any issues or defects in the manufacturing process to supervisors or quality control personnel. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency in manufacturing operations. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistency and accuracy in manufacturing processes. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance productivity. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations related to manufacturing operations. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures. Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and quality orientation. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision. Flexibility to work in shifts and overtime as needed.
