Review & Maintain Complaints data
Planning for complaints
Coordination with Production incharge for resolving complaints Finding ways to minimise complaints
Find root cause of complaints/ Phone friendly
Formulating and executing sales strategies to meet the company’s revenue and growth objectives.
Preparing sales plans and forecasts based on market analysis and historical data.
Preparing regular reports on sales performance and presenting them to senior management.
Building and nurturing relationships with key customers and clients
Handling major client accounts and addressing their needs and concerns.
Create Quotation & Final Measurement Sheets
Invoice Submission & Payment Follow up
Final Project Review & Closing
