Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Assistant to support our day-to-day transactions, including expenses and payroll. Finance Assistant responsibilities include processing payments, maintaining cost reports and managing invoices. If you have an accounting background and are interested in procedures like tax management and budget preparation. Job Responsibilities: · Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account Information. · Documentation of Bill Discounting Platforms & Records transactions. · Quarterly Documentation of SIDBI Subsidy to CA. · Assist in Documentation of New/Renewal of various Loan Facility & Maintenance of FDR and Loan Records. · Issuance, Renewal, Lodgment and Closure of Bank Guarantee & Limit Credit. · Maintaining Data as per Management Needs & Petty Cash transactions & Payments. · Dealing with Commercial Bank for Credit Facilities and Credit card, etc. · Preparing Financial Report & Year End Report for Accounts Department. Job Requirements: · Work experience of 2 to 4 years as a Finance Assistant, Finance Officer or similar role · Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures. · Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions). · Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Tally, GST, MS-Excel). · Organizational and time-management skills. · Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical Errors. · Graduation degree or Post Graduation Degree. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. # Interested Candidate Share their Resume/CV: 1.admin@nimbuspipes.com 2.preeti.tater@nimbuspipes.com
