About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR IT Recruiter with 0-1 year of experience to join our team in Chennai. As an IT Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring the best talent for our clients in the IT industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing:
  • Utilize job portals, social media, databases, and other platforms to source potential IT candidates.
  • Network with professionals to build a robust talent pipeline.
  1. Screening & Shortlisting:
  • Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and compatibility with job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  1. Candidate Engagement:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates.
  1. Job Postings & Descriptions:
  • Create engaging job descriptions tailored to each role.
  • Post job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  1. Client Coordination:
  • Understand client requirements and deliver quality profiles within specified timelines.
  • Act as a point of contact between clients and candidates.
  1. Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate details and recruitment activities.
  • Prepare reports and updates for team leads and clients.

Skills & Competencies Required:

  • Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and others.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship or experience in recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
