About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR IT Recruiter with 0-1 year of experience to join our team in Chennai. As an IT Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring the best talent for our clients in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing:

Utilize job portals, social media, databases, and other platforms to source potential IT candidates.
Network with professionals to build a robust talent pipeline.

Screening & Shortlisting:

Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and compatibility with job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Candidate Engagement:

Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates.

Job Postings & Descriptions:

Create engaging job descriptions tailored to each role.
Post job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.

Client Coordination:

Understand client requirements and deliver quality profiles within specified timelines.
Act as a point of contact between clients and candidates.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of candidate details and recruitment activities.
Prepare reports and updates for team leads and clients.

Skills & Competencies Required:

Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and others.
High level of organization and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous internship or experience in recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
