Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles across the organization. This position requires a proactive, people-oriented professional who can work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver top talent to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Use various sourcing techniques (job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, etc.) to attract potential candidates.
Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screenings, and arrange interviews with hiring managers.
Job Postings: Create and post job ads on various platforms, ensuring job descriptions are accurate and engaging.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with department managers to define hiring needs, job requirements, and interview processes.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Maintain candidate records, track progress, and update recruitment data in the ATS.
Offer and Onboarding: Prepare and extend job offers, assist with negotiations, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements. Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire).
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices to remain competitive in the talent market.
