Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team to support various aspects of human resources management.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in recruitment processes, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinating onboarding activities for new hires and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records in the HR database.
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events and activities.
  • Assisting in drafting HR policies and procedures.
  • Helping with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Providing support for performance appraisal and training sessions.
  • Conducting research on HR trends and best practices.
  • Handling day-to-day administrative tasks related to HR operations.
