Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team to support various aspects of human resources management.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Assisting in recruitment processes, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinating onboarding activities for new hires and ensuring proper documentation.
Maintaining and updating employee records in the HR database.
Supporting employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events and activities.
Assisting in drafting HR policies and procedures.
Helping with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Providing support for performance appraisal and training sessions.
Conducting research on HR trends and best practices.
Handling day-to-day administrative tasks related to HR operations.
