Kontent Kraft Digital is a growing IT & Digital Marketing agency working with brands across multiple industries. We focus on performance-driven digital solutions and are expanding our team with passionate young professionals.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Coordinate with team heads for intern and employee onboarding
Maintain HR records, attendance, and documentation
Support in creating offer letters, internship letters, and certificates
Help in employee engagement activities and internal communication
Assist in HR reporting and daily administrative tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Basic understanding of HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, documentation)
Good interpersonal and coordination skills
Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Currently pursuing or recently completed BBA / MBA / HR-related course
