Key Responsibilities:

Visual Design: Create compelling graphics for websites, social media, marketing materials, presentations, and product visuals, ensuring consistency with our brand identity.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and development teams to deliver engaging designs for campaigns, websites, and applications.
Brand Development: Maintain and evolve the company’s visual brand identity across various media and platforms.
UI/UX Support: Collaborate with the UI/UX team to create user-friendly interfaces, icons, and visual elements for digital products.
Creative Concepts: Develop creative design concepts, illustrations, and layouts based on project requirements and team input.
Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard graphic design software to produce high-quality visuals (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Print Design: Prepare and optimize artwork for print, ensuring accurate color and formatting for physical materials like brochures, banners, and posters.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to keep the company’s designs fresh and innovative.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
1 year of experience as a graphic designer in a professional setting.
Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative design work.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in designing for the tech/software industry.
Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is a plus.
Basic knowledge of web design and front-end frameworks.
