Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Salesmen to join our footwear retail team. As a Salesman, you will be the face of our store, ensuring customers receive an outstanding shopping experience, product guidance, and timely service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable footwear options.
  • Assist in trying on footwear and explaining product features (size, fit, comfort, material, etc.).
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and new products.
  • Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Operate the billing counter and handle cash, cards, and returns.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Handle customer complaints or queries and escalate when necessary.
  • Assist in inventory checks and stock replenishment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge for billing and stock entry.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
  • Physically fit to stand for long hours and carry stock if required.
