Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Salesmen to join our footwear retail team. As a Salesman, you will be the face of our store, ensuring customers receive an outstanding shopping experience, product guidance, and timely service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable footwear options.
Assist in trying on footwear and explaining product features (size, fit, comfort, material, etc.).
Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and new products.
Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Operate the billing counter and handle cash, cards, and returns.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Handle customer complaints or queries and escalate when necessary.
Assist in inventory checks and stock replenishment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge for billing and stock entry.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
Physically fit to stand for long hours and carry stock if required.
