Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Female F&B Associate to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional service, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests with a welcoming demeanor.
Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders.
Serve meals and drinks promptly and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service.
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
