Monitor daily incoming orders (Amazon, Flipkart, website) Verify payment status (COD/Prepaid)
Process orders in ERP/internal tools
Coordinate with warehouse for dispatch
Handle cancellations, returns (RTO), and refunds Track delivery status and resolve delays
Maintain real-time stock across all marketplaces Prevent overselling & stock-outs
Coordinate with warehouse for stock updates
Plan stock replenishment based on sales trends Manage dead stock and fast-moving SKUs
Create and optimize listings (Title, Bullet Points, Description) SEO optimization using keywords
Upload images, videos, A+ content (Amazon) Category mapping and attribute accuracy
Fix listing errors and suppressed listings
Run ads on Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads
Optimize campaigns (CPC, ROAS, ACOS) Keyword research and bid adjustments
Monitor daily ad spend and performance Scale profitable campaigns
Manage fulfillment models (FBA, FBM, Warehouse dispatch) Track shipments and delivery timelines
Coordinate with courier partners
Manage warehouse operations and stock movement Handle damaged/lost shipment cases
