As a Branch Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our client’s power supply systems. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring installations of Telecom power products and related equipment at client sites, as well as providing troubleshooting support and addressing customer queries. This role requires frequent travel in Rajasthan region if customers/our engineers are facing any challenges at the sites. Key Responsibilities: Monitoring installations of TPS, batteries, and associated equipment at customer locations according to company guidelines and safety standards. Conducting thorough inspections and tests to ensure proper functionality and performance of installed systems if needed. Providing technical support and assistance to customers regarding TPS operation, battery maintenance, and troubleshooting. Managing all service engineers. Responding promptly to service calls and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. Maintaining accurate records of service visits, including tasks performed, parts used, time spent on-site, OEM reports. Monitoring regular preventive maintenance checks on UPS systems and batteries to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Giving new ideas/products where company can invest money to diversify the current product basket.
