Job Description

Job Purpose

The Office Boy will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and basic support services across the office. This role ensures a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for team members, the founder, and office guests, while supporting daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Office Cleanliness & Hygiene

Daily cleaning of office premises including workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, pantry, washrooms, and common areas
Dusting furniture, equipment, doors, windows, and office fixtures
Maintaining cleanliness standards throughout office hours
Ensuring proper disposal of waste and garbage

2. Pantry & Refreshments

Preparing and serving tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to team members, the founder, and visitors
Serving refreshments during meetings and guest visits
Keeping pantry clean, organized, and well-stocked
Washing cups, glasses, utensils, and pantry equipment

3. Guest & Founder Support

Courteous serving of tea/coffee to guests and senior leadership
Assisting with meeting room setup when required
Ensuring a neat and presentable environment for visitors at all times

4. Office Support & Additional Duties

Assisting with internal errands and basic office-related tasks
Handling photocopying, filing, document movement, and other support work as assigned
Supporting admin team with day-to-day office requirements
Any other duties related to office operations as assigned by management
