Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Receptionist / Front Office Executive who can stay at the resort and independently manage day-to-day front office and guest-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle guest check-in and check-out.
Attend calls, WhatsApp enquiries and guest queries.
Manage room bookings, reservations and guest records.
Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen and other resort staff.
Handle guest requests, complaints and ensure proper resolution.
Maintain daily occupancy, booking and reception records.
Coordinate food requirements and guest arrangements.
Assist in managing resort activities and guest experiences.
Handle basic cash/billing-related activities and daily reporting.
Ensure the reception and guest areas are properly managed.
Coordinate with management regarding daily resort operations.
Take responsibility for smooth day-to-day guest handling when management is not present.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in a hotel/resort/front office role preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Hindi and English communication required.
Must be responsible, trustworthy and comfortable working independently.
Candidate should be willing to stay at the resort.
