Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive / Accounts Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an Accounts Executive who can manage day-to-day accounting work using Tally and MS Excel. The candidate should be responsible, accurate, and able to handle accounts independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounts in Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime)
Entry of sales, purchase, expense & journal vouchers
Bank reconciliation & cash book maintenance
Prepare GST data (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and basic compliance
Handle invoices, bills, payments & receipts
Maintain records of debtors & creditors
Prepare monthly reports using MS Excel
Assist in final accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet)
Coordinate with CA for audits & filings

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of Tally
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table basic)
Basic understanding of GST & accounting rules
Attention to detail & accuracy

Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com / Accounts-related qualification
1–3 years experience in accounts (Freshers with Tally knowledge can apply)
