Basic Job Responsibility Daily Tender Searching on Various Portals Assessing and evaluating Pre-Qualification / Eligibility Criteria of Floated tenders. Understanding of Tender Document and preparation of Synopsis and sharing with the Management. Managing the entire bidding cycle till the submission of the bid. Preparation of complete Bid documents Responsible for Document preparations and compilations for Tenders. Preparing Quotations, Offers, Proposals. Preparing Budgetary Quotations. Preparation of pre-bid queries, tech-commercial negotiations Submission of the online Tender document and physical submission Maintaining documentation and correspondence of Bidding activities and updating credentials on a regular basis Maintaining, and updating the list of quotations of tenders Tracking of Earnest money Deposit (Bid security) and performance Bank Guarantee refund. Status follow-up of the Tender post-bid submission. Preparing all tender MIS Registration and Renewal in Govt. Departments Coordinating with other company departments for bid compliance (accounts, legal, etc. Regular follow-up with the tender floating authorities. Mandatory Requirements Minimum Working Experience 5 Years Good Communication Skills. Excellent Command Over English Language. (Letter Drafting) Extensive Knowledge Of Microsoft Office I.E Excel, Word, And PowerPoint. To Maintain Confidentiality At All Times.
