Profile- Retail Jewellery Consultant
Office timing- 10:15 am to 7:15pm
Working days- Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
· Welcome and assist customers in selecting Jewellery pieces based on their preferences, needs,
and budget.
· Provide detailed product knowledge (materials, gemstones, craftsmanship) and styling
suggestions.
· Ensure a high level of customer service, handle queries/complaints professionally, and build
strong client relationships.
· Drive sales by achieving individual and team targets through effective customer engagement.
· Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
· Maintain attractive Jewellery displays and ensure store cleanliness and organization.
· Assist in stock management, including receiving, tagging, organizing merchandise, and
conducting regular stock checks.
· Stay updated on Jewellery trends, collections, and competitor offerings.
· Support marketing promotions and in-store events.
· Participate in regular training sessions for sales techniques and product knowledge.
· Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Skills & Requirements:
· Must have Jewellery industry background and experience working with a Jewellery
brand/company.
· Only female candidates are eligible.
· Strong knowledge of Jewellery, gemstones, metals, and design aesthetics.
· Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
· Sales-driven personality with ability to achieve and exceed targets.
· Presentable, professional appearance, and customer-oriented approach.
· Proficient in POS systems and basic computer applications.
· Ability to work in a team, with flexibility to work on weekends/holidays.
