The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products and services, and securing sales or appointments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads. Present and explain company products and services to potential customers. Answer questions and provide information to customers about product features, prices, and availability. Maintain a database of customer information and follow up on leads. Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective clients. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets as set by the team leader. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction. Record details of each conversation and customer feedback accurately. Stay updated with the latest product information and company promotions.
