We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on, and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the ongoing construction of our Faecal Sludge Treatment Plant (FSTP). If you have a background in civil engineering and excel at managing on-site operations, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Site Management: Oversee day-to-day construction activities at the FSTP site, ensuring work progresses according to blueprints and timelines.
Labour Supervision: Manage, guide, and motivate on-site laborers and subcontractors to maintain productivity and safety standards.
Material Management: Indent, track, and manage construction materials; minimize wastage and ensure timely availability of resources.
Quality & Safety: Ensure the quality of civil works meets specifications and enforce safety protocols on site.
Reporting: Maintain daily site logs, track progress, and report regularly to the Project Manager.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Education: Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in civil construction (Experience with STP, FSTP, WTP, or liquid waste management projects is a major plus).
