Design Manager – Studio Head | Jaipur
We’re looking for a Design Manager – Studio Head to lead our residential interiors design studio in Jaipur.
This is not just a Senior Designer role. You will own the design function, lead the team, handle clients and drive projects from concept to execution.
What you’ll do:
Lead and mentor a team of interior designers
Handle clients and drive design-led conversions
Develop concepts, mood boards and presentations
Review designs and technical/working drawings
Ensure smooth coordination with operations and execution teams
Handle end-to-end project journey from brief to handover
Take ownership of design quality, timelines and team performance
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of professional experience
Strong residential interiors experience
Architects or experienced Interior Designers
Experience with modular kitchens, wardrobes and furniture
Strong client handling and presentation skills
Good knowledge of materials, hardware and technical drawings
Strong site/execution exposure
Team leadership experience
High ownership and accountability
Architecture/interior design firm experience is strongly preferred.
