Job Opportunity: Heavy Commercial Vehicle & Tyre Inspection Service Engineer Are you passionate about ensuring the safety and optimal performance of heavy commercial vehicles? Do you have expertise in tyre inspection and maintenance? We have an exciting full-time position available for a skilled Service Engineer in Jaipur. About the job: As a Heavy Commercial Vehicle & Tyre Inspection Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive inspections and analysis of vehicle tyres and mechanical defects. Your recommendations will play a vital role in enhancing safety, improving vehicle performance, and prolonging tyre life. Additionally, you will be involved in tyre fitment and removal recommendations, timely rotation and alignment suggestions, and the meticulous management of tyre-related inventory. Responsibilities: • Perform tyre wear and defects analysis, providing insightful recommendations. • Conduct an analysis of vehicle mechanical defects and offer suitable recommendations. • Provide recommendations for tyre fitment, removal, rotation, and alignment. • Maintain accurate records of tyre inventory, including purchases, punctures, scrap, and retreading data. • Manage a team of maintenance personnel. • Conduct consumable and asset inventory reconciliation. • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective client interaction and communication. • Prepare and present daily reports using MS Excel. Qualifications: • B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or ITI (Mechanical/Automobile/Fitter). • Prior tyre experience and deep knowledge of heavy commercial vehicles (HCV). • Previous work experience as a service engineer in tyre maintenance. • Proficient in client handling and effectively communicating daily reports using MS Excel. Additional Requirements: • Strong knowledge of heavy commercial vehicles (HCV) • Excellent analytical skills for tyre wear and mechanical defect analysis • Attention to detail and ability to provide accurate recommendations • Strong organizational and inventory management skills • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction Job Type: Full-time Job Profile: Service Engineer Job Location: Odisha, Dhule, Nagpur, Gandhidham Salary Bracket: The salary for this position is INR 16,000-20,000and other benefits, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
