Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and coordinate operational processes as per SOPs.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
  • Communicate between teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance and quality standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Business/Management preferred).
  • 1–3 years experience in operations/coordination.
  • Strong organizational & communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and multitasking.
