Job Title: Office Helper (Housekeeping and Beverage Services)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Office Helper to maintain cleanliness and assist with beverage services at ChairBord Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should ensure a clean and organized work environment while attending to staff and guest needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping Duties:

Sweeping and mopping (jhadu lagana & pochha lagana).
Dusting and maintaining the cleanliness of office furniture and equipment.
Emptying trash bins and ensuring waste is properly disposed of.

Beverage Services:

Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in the pantry.
Restocking pantry items as needed.

General Assistance:

Setting up meeting rooms with water, tea, or coffee as required.
Assisting with basic office tasks as instructed by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills:

Prior experience in housekeeping or as an office helper (preferred but not mandatory).
Basic knowledge of preparing tea and coffee.
Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
Polite and professional attitude.
Physically fit for performing cleaning tasks.

Working Hours:

[ 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM]

Salary:

10000-12000 INR Per Month
