Will responsible for Handling of Group Queries (both domestic and International). Will need to action group queries by coordinating with concern airlines. Will need to talk to travel agents & understand their requirement about group fare & try to match budget for group closure. Will need to reply Flight and Fare Enquiries. Handling over all Ticketing and Refunds of tickets. Agent and Corporate query relating to reservation and ticketing.
