Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and a strong command of both English and Hindi. As a key member of the team, the receptionist will ensure smooth daily operations, greet visitors, handle phone calls, and assist with administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors; manage phone calls and messages.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule meetings, manage office calendars, and assist with office events.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and OnePlus Notes.
  • Address client and visitor inquiries efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry and report generation.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: 3+ years in a receptionist or front desk role.


  • Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and OnePlus Notes.
  • Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
