Alchotech Solutions, based in Kota, is a fast-growing software company developing cutting-edge digital products and solutions. We are looking for a talented HTML Designer / Front-End Designer to join our design and development team. If you have 1 year of experience in front-end design and want to work in a dynamic tech environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Website Design: Create responsive and visually appealing web designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Work closely with back-end developers to integrate UI/UX designs with functionality.
UI/UX Development: Design user interfaces with a strong focus on user experience, ensuring seamless navigation and functionality across various devices and browsers.
Responsive Design: Develop and implement designs that adapt to different screen sizes (desktop, mobile, tablet) and browsers.
Collaboration: Work alongside the design, development, and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding and user-friendly web interfaces.
Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable HTML/CSS code that meets industry standards.
Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
Testing & Debugging: Identify and fix front-end issues to ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest design trends, front-end development techniques, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
1 year of experience in front-end web design and development.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Experience with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation.
Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility issues and how to resolve them.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in the software/tech industry.
Familiarity with front-end build tools like Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt.
Basic knowledge of version control (Git) and SEO best practices.
