Punctuality: Must be punctual and time-conscious. Job Responsibilities: 1. Village Identification and Feasibility Study: Identify new villages for business expansion. Conduct feasibility studies on villages based on demographics, activities, and financial needs of potential customers. Assist the MC-IC (Micro Credit-Institutional Credit) in the village approval process. 2. Sourcing of Business: Identify potential customers and form Joint Liability Groups. L&T Assist customers in completing application forms. Verify customer residence and business details. Conduct KYC verification. Provide pre-disbursement training. Visit potential customers to develop business relationships. 3. Disbursements: Collect KYC documents from customers. Assist the MC-IC in completing disbursement activities. Handle loan documentation processes. 4. Collection of Current Dues: Receive collection sheets and stickers from MC-IC. Collect payments from customers according to the schedule. Deposit collected funds. Perform MERC (Micro Enterprise Receivable Collection) entry. 5. Collection of Overdues: Follow up with customers using updated data reports of the assigned portfolio. Collect overdue payments as per the defined process. Deposit collected funds in the bank. Perform MERC entry. Assist the MC-IC in taking action against defaulters.
