A Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company’s products and services online. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop digital marketing strategies for online channels (social media, email, website, search engines).
  • Manage content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Analyze and report on performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to adjust campaigns and improve results.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement search engine optimization techniques to increase organic search visibility and rankings.
  • PPC Campaigns: Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and maximize ROI.
  • Social Media Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, engage with followers, and analyze engagement metrics.
  • Email Marketing: Develop email campaigns that promote products/services, maintain customer relationships, and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with teams like design, sales, and product development to create cohesive marketing campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing (2-3 years or more preferred).
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools and how to interpret data.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to come up with fresh marketing ideas.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot is a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is beneficial.
