Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote Kota Money’s services. You will play a critical role in enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, generating leads, and optimizing customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Create and optimize content for websites, blogs, and social media channels.
  • Conduct SEO and SEM efforts to enhance online visibility and website traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to deliver cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and tools to ensure best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creativity and a knack for identifying new marketing opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, or SEO.
