Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual with foundational knowledge in BIM to join our team as a BIM Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate is someone who has knowledge in BIM software. This role is designed for those who can contribute to our business development efforts while also supporting technical aspects of our BIM projects. This is a dual position role, where the candidate contributes by working with the BIM Team and help in BIM Business Development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the BIM sector.
Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings to present BIMQP's services and offerings.
Assist in developing proposals, bids, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
Support the business development team in creating and maintaining a database of leads and clients.
Stay informed about industry trends, BIM advancements, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
Technical Support:
Collaborate with the technical team to understand BIM project requirements and deliverables.
Assist in creating and managing BIM models using software like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or BIM 360.
Participate in internal technical meetings and contribute to discussions on improving BIM workflows.
Provide basic technical support to clients in BIM projects and processes.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Sound knowledge in BIM software or trained at a recognized BIM institute.
Basic proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills with an eagerness to learn and engage with clients.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
