Job Overview:

Alchotech is looking for a Business Development Executive with 1-2 years of experience to help grow our business by generating new leads and acquiring projects through online bidding platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Online Bidding: Identify and bid on projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
  • Client Communication: Understand client needs and respond to queries to secure projects.
  • Market Research: Track market trends to find new business opportunities.
  • Proposal Writing: Create and present proposals to clients.
  • Business Strategy: Help develop strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the business.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in business development, preferably in IT.
  • Skills: Familiar with online bidding platforms.

Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
