The role of a Relationship Manager in the automobile industry involves a range of responsibilities that are crucial for driving sales and expanding the customer base. Key responsibilities include:

Generating inquiries: Act as a bridge between the company and its potential market, generating customer interest and inquiries.
Conducting test drives: Organizing test drives for customers to evaluate the vehicle's features and performance.
Following up with customers: Actively reaching out to customers to follow up on inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
Negotiating pricing and delivery: Coordinating with managers to negotiate pricing, offers, delivery timelines, and specifications.
Acting as a sales representative: Providing product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
Maintaining customer relationships: Ensuring effective internal communication and maintaining contact with new and existing customers.
Providing after-sales support: Offering support and services to customers after the sale is made.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a proactive and go-getter attitude, be self-motivated and target-oriented, and have experience in automobile sales or any sales/marketing role. A two-wheeler vehicle is required, and the candidate should be familiar with driving a four-wheeler with a valid driving license or learning license. Good knowledge of the area's topography is also beneficial.
