Job Description:
We are seeking a confident, driven, and experienced female professional to join our team as a Team Lead . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate culture, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities with sincerity and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Lead and manage a team, ensuring productivity and efficiency in all tasks.
Client Relations: Engage with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate rental solutions.
Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
Business Development: Contribute to the growth of the business by bringing in new clients and managing existing relationships.
Reporting: Track and report on team performance, client feedback, and business progress.
Requirements:
Proven experience in corporate culture.
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Sincerity and professionalism in handling personal assistant duties for the Director.
Excellent client interaction and follow-up skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Competitive salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹45,000, depending on experience, with additional incentives.
