We’re seeking an organized, detail-driven Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate records, and support budget forecasting and compliance within our hospitality environment.
? Key Responsibilities
Handle daily transactions: billing, receipts, petty cash, bank deposits, and posting to accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP).
Reconcile cash, bank statements, and credit card transactions; ensure timely banking of receipts.
Process accounts payable and receivable; prepare AR aging and vendor statements; follow up on dues.
Support GST, TDS and other tax filings in compliance with statutory regulations.
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements—P&L, balance sheets, cash flow reports.
Assist in budget preparation, expenditure control, and financial forecasting.
Coordinate with operations, front office, management, and auditors for timely, accurate entries and audit assistance.
Participate in month‑end and year‑end close; post ledger entries and resolve discrepancies.
Perform ad‑hoc finance-related tasks as assigned.
? Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
1–3 years of accounting experience—hospitality industry preferred

Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, tax returns) .
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP9, QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills; experience with hotel systems (Opera, IDS) is a plus .
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Preferred Skills
Experience with hotel-specific financial systems (Opera, IDS)
Exposure to revenue audit and cost control
Professional certification (e.g., CA inter, CMA) is a plus
