Job Description:-
1. Lead Generation from all off line and online channels .
2. Handle Queries, Requests and Complaints from customers tactfully
3. Good understanding of etiquette for written communication
4. Communicate effectively and professionally with customer via email, or chat,
5. Should be able to generate leads into sale
6. Should be comfortable with Voice & Chat Process- Immediate Joiner
7. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate info to customer
Requirements:
1. Graduation in any discipline
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
3. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office applications.
4. Positive attitude, patience, and ability to work well within a team.
5. Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations calmly
