Hiring: Equity Dealer | Finesse Stock Broking Services Pvt. Ltd.
Finesse Stock Broking Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Equity Dealer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and the ability to efficiently execute algorithm-generated trades within defined timelines.
Location- Jaipur, Rajasthan (Only Jaipur-based candidates preferred)
Shift: Night Shift – 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Qualification- Graduation (Mandatory)
Experience- 6 Months – 2 Years (Relevant experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Execute buy and sell orders generated by trading algorithms efficiently and within the required time frame.
Analyze trading data and prepare clear, structured reports using MS Excel.
Monitor trading activity and ensure accuracy in trade execution.
Research and resolve issues related to trading operations.
Develop a strong understanding of stock market terms, trading practices, and risk evaluation.
Prepare trading reports and support the team with insights to optimize trading costs.
Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Proficiency in MS Excel
Good knowledge of the Stock Market
Understanding of MCX & F&O trade execution
Strong mathematical and aptitude skills
Certifications
NISM Equity Derivatives Certification (Series VIII & XVI) – Mandatory

Adaptable, quick learner, and passionate about financial markets
Ability to remain calm and communicate clearly under pressure
