1. Communication Skill

  • Fabric ki quality, rate aur design samjha kar bech sake
  • Hindi achchi ho, agar local language (Marwari/Rajasthani) aati ho to aur achcha

2. Product Knowledge

  • Fabric ki basic knowledge ho: Cotton, Linen, Polyester, Blend etc.
  • GSM, width aur quality ka basic idea ho
  • Different varieties aur latest design samajh sake

3. Sales Skill

  • Customer ko convince kar sake
  • Bargaining ko handle kar sake
  • Customer ko repeat buyer bana sake

4. Market Knowledge

  • Textile market ka basic idea ho
  • Local market me kaunsa maal jyada chalta hai uski samajh ho

5. Basic Computer Knowledge

  • Basic computer chalana aata ho
  • Billing software ya Excel ka basic idea ho
  • WhatsApp par catalog aur photo bhejna aata ho

6. Customer Handling

  • Customer ki requirement jaldi samajh sake
  • Complaint ya return situation ko calmly handle kar sake




1. Communication Skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly and politely with customers
  • Able to explain fabric quality, price, and designs properly
  • Good Hindi is important; knowing the local language is an advantage

2. Product Knowledge

  • Basic knowledge of fabrics such as Cotton, Linen, Polyester, and Blends
  • Understanding of GSM, width, and fabric quality
  • Awareness of different varieties and latest designs

3. Sales Skills

  • Ability to convince customers to buy
  • Handle price negotiations and bargaining
  • Build long-term relationships with customers

4. Market Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of the textile market
  • Knowledge of which products are in demand in the local market

5. Basic Computer Skills

  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to use billing software or Excel
  • Able to send catalogues and product photos through WhatsApp

6. Customer Handling

  • Ability to understand customer requirements quickly
  • Handle complaints or returns calmly and professionally
