Key Responsibilities:

Provide operational support to sales teams across designated territories to ensure smooth functioning.
Assist in territory management, including client coordination and helping sales managers with day-to-day tasks.
Respond to client queries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction.
Facilitate communication between field teams and internal departments to streamline operations.
Track and report on sales activities and territory performance to identify areas of improvement.
Help coordinate and support territory-specific projects and initiatives.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a support or operations role, preferably within a sales environment.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and territories effectively.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle client interactions and internal communications.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools to track and manage territory activities.
